Today I was craving a great flat white, a sunny spot and having wi-fi would have been useful – alas I could not find one spot in Cape Town (that has parking too) that fulfilled all my needs. Thus decided to forego the interwebs and landed up The Power & The Glory. So they don’t have wi-fi, but they sure do have great coffee – they use the Deluxe houseblend, plus it is such a lovely sunny, bright place to hang out. Their food is delish too, had the sirloin salad, a steal for just R38.
After dark (5pm really) the adjoining bar, known as the Black Ram opens, it has such chilled vibe, and perfect for playing spot the hipster(s)!
